- Power is
available in most spaces, please inform show director of
your need in advance & be prepared with an extention cord
- Show personnel
will be on hand to provide security at all times

set up is available all day

| Setup
and Takedown Information: |
| Booths
may be setup on Thursday, April 24th, from 8am until 5pm and from
8am until 11am on Friday, April 25th. All set-ups must be completed
by 11am on Friday, April 25th and there are ABSOLUTELY
NO EXCEPTIONS! Gates will be locked at 11:30am on Friday,
unlocked at 8:15pm, locked at 9:30am Sat./Sun., unlocked at 5:15pm.
This keeps "earlybirds" out, safer for our vendors and customers.
No vendors vehicles inside Home Show area. |

Important Information: |
- Note: "Yellow"
gate (by Denny's) will no longer be available to home show exhibitors.
- You must
have in your possesion, at your booth, all necessary licenses
(such as Resale License, Temporary Resale License, Contractors
License, Business Licenses) during show hours.
- The State
Board of Equalization form is mandatory &
must be filled out, signed and returned with your contract.
- Plan to bring
your own tables & chairs. Yes, there are tables & charis
available & if you must use the fairgrounds equipment, PLEASE
only 1 (one) table & 1 or 2 chairs per business. Please do
not depend on the availability at the fairgrounds; the tables
& chairs go quickly!
- The Home
Show will provide a security guard after-hours. Be sure to take
all cash & any small, valuable items with you at the close
of the show each day.
- Power is
available. Please bring your own extention cords, as NONE
are available at the fairgrounds.
- Remember,
the Fire Department requires fireproofing spray on ALL
tablecloths.
- Parking is
in the back parking lot on the hill outside the fairgrounds. We
will have a shuttle running all day, each day, to bring you to
& from the main area. (Gates locked 1/2 hour before show,
unlocked 15 minutes after. No vehicles inside area after that.
- BBQ DINNER
AFTER THE SHOW SATURDAY: Again this year, Sheepherders Restaurant
will cater the BBQ. There are only 200 tickets available - first
come first served - with a limit of 10 tickets per business. The
cost is $11.50 per ticket & is to be paid at the same time
as your booth. Fill in the form with your contract and return
with a check for all tickets requested along with your contract!
- Food booths
need a health permit.
- PLEASE BE
PREPARED FOR RAIN IF YOU ARE IN AN OUTSIDE BOOTH!

| The
2003 Spring Home & Garden Show is supported by a multi-media advertising
campaign & will be heavily advertised on KCRA Channel 3, Media
One & ComCast, KFBK radio, many community newspapers, including
The Mountain Democrat, Gold Panner, Cameron Park Life, Village Life,
Neighbors section of The Sacramento Bee, banners & signs around
the county, and posters provided to display in your place of business. |
